1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before the shipment is picked up or dispatched.
Once the shipment is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
To cancel an order, contact our support team with your booking details.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following cases: Shipment was not picked up
Service was not provided due to company issues Duplicate payment made by mistake
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: Shipment already dispatched
Incorrect address provided by customer Delivery delay due to unforeseen circumstances
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be given: Service partially completed Extra charges applied incorrectly
5. Failed or Returned Deliveries
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or receiver unavailability, additional charges may apply
Refund is not applicable in such cases
