1. Service
We provide courier and delivery services for documents and parcels. Delivery time is estimated and may vary due to external factors.
2. Shipment Booking
Customers must provide correct pickup and delivery details. We may refuse any shipment without prior notice.
3. Prohibited Items
We do not accept: Illegal or hazardous items Explosives or flammable goods Cash, jewellery, or high-value items (unless declared)
4. Packaging
Proper packaging is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for damage caused due to poor packing.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are not guaranteed If the receiver is unavailable, re-delivery may be attempted Extra charges may apply for re-attempts
6. Charges
Shipping charges depend on weight, size, and location. Prices may change without notice.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to a maximum of ₹1000 or declared value (whichever is lower). We are not responsible for delays or indirect losses.
8. Cancellation & Refund
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
No refund after shipment is dispatched
9. Claims
Any damage or loss must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
